About
Simone is a highly talented and artistic person who discovered her passion for art in the 7th grade under the direction of an inspirational teacher. She pursued her passion from that day forward which culminated in a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Manitoba from which she graduated with Honours. In pursuing her love of all things artistic, and after taking on the new medium in air-brushing in Manitoba, her travels brought her from Winnipeg to Singapore, where she lived for a year and airbrushed high-end sports cars.
When she returned to Canada, Simone delved into a new form of art which she fell in love with and which she continues to pursue today. She began as an apprentice tattoo artist at Phase II Tattoos in Winnipeg, Manitoba where she worked for 4 years refining her art. Five years ago she moved to Fort Frances, Ontario to move closer to family, and opened her own tattoo shop, Laser Ink. Her love for art and impeccable talent are apparent in every piece of art she creates. The attention to detail that is apparent in every piece that she creates will ensure that each of her clients leaves her shop happy and that they treasure the art that she has created for a lifetime.
